Q: “WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?”

bzzzfans offers returns on all full-price merchandise for FRANCE. customers. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date and are subject to a $9 handling fee. If initiated within 30 days of your order date, your purchase may be eligible for online store credit, minus the same handling fee.


1. All items must be in new, good condition and sealed in their original packaging.


2. All original tags must still be attached.


3. Items must not have been worn, washed, soiled, or altered in any way.

Q: “WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES FOR SALE ITEMS?”

Please make sure that you follow below steps:

Sale items marked "Credit/Exchange Only" are eligible for exchange or store credit only and will incur a $9 handling fee .

Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

We do not offer price adjustments or partial refunds for orders placed prior to a promotion. All orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification. If an item is on backorder or if there are issues with your order, our Customer Service team will contact you via email.

Q: “USING PROMOTIONAL CODES?”

Using a welcome discount or a one-time special promotional code does not make your purchase non-returnable. Welcome codes are provided when you first sign up for our newsletter. One-time special codes may be issued at our discretion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Q: “CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT?”

Yes. To exchange for a different product, please complete the return process on our portal and select "Exchange." You can exchange for a different size or any other product available on our site.

Q: “WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ITEM ARRIVE?”

Please refer to the estimated shipping window listed on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Q: “WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?”

You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Q: “HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?”

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed and are being processed. Please contact Customer Service for further assistance.

Q: “HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GIFT I RECEIVED?”

To exchange a gift you received, please contact our Customer Service team directly. Exchanges do not incur a handling fee. Kindly email us at [email protected] to initiate your exchange request.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Afterpay.

Q: “HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?”

You will receive your gift card code via email. Please enter this code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field at checkout.

Q: “HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?”

If an item is not listed on our site or is shown as "Sold Out," it is currently unavailable. You may sign up for "Back in Stock" notifications on the product page to be alerted when we restock.

Q: “MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE ONLINE PHOTO. WHY?”

Colors may appear differently on screen due to monitor settings and photography. If you are unsatisfied with an item, please contact Customer Service at [email protected].
