A $9 handling fee (USD) will be deducted from all refunds.
There is no handling fee for exchanges on full-priced merchandise.
Sale Items
- Items marked Credit / Exchange are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. No exceptions.
Discount Codes
Using welcome discount codes or specific one-time promotional codes does not affect return eligibility.

Retailer Purchases
Merchandise purchased through third-party retailers must be returned directly to the original retailer and is not eligible for return through bzzzfans.

Upon receipt of returned goods, bzzzfans reserves the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
MODIFIED RETURN POLICY
Customers who return merchandise totaling more than $7,500 (USD) within a 12-month period may be subject to a modified return policy.
